How can I contact someone to help me?

Customer care can be contacted 6 days a week Monday to Friday 10 am - 3 pm EST  - Saturday from 11 am- 2 pm EST via email at contact@buymi.online  responses usually return immediately!

ORDERS

How can I track my order? 

An email will be generated and emailed to you as soon as we ship your item. 

Change or Cancel Order 

If your order has not been shipped we may be able to change your order.  Please contact us immediately at contact@buymi.online. Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel your order. 

SHIPPING

Do I get charged shipping when returning my order

If the item that was ordered was the incorrect item shipped on our end (you ordered item A and we sent you B) we will gladly pay for return shipping.  If you do not like the item you purchased you are responsible for return shipping.  We do our very best to take the best pictures of the items and have detailed descriptions. So please make sure you really want to purchase this item. 

How are my items shipped 

Your items are shipped USPS wrapped securely in bubble wrap.  We are shipping from NJ. Deliver times vary.  East coast 2-3 days / Central 3-5 days / West Coast 4-7 days  estimated time only as we cannot predict weather or any disasters happening. Also, ALL nail polishes are shipped USPS ground ONLY as per USPS shipping rules. 

Do you ship internationally

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at the moment.

REFUNDS

Please allow 21 days for approved refunds.
